Constructs
The following pages give the information on the different molecular constructs available in the lab. Stocks of those constructs as well as bacteria transformed with those are available from Sabine Purper. You have then to generate your own maxi- or mediprep for your experiments. It is absolutely taboo to take something out of the stocks by yourself! Reason: the stocks have to remain absolutely clean and tidy, we therefore closed access to anybody except the person administrating our stock collection. Entire list is found here.
